Lorraine Kljajic is the Founder and CEO of Miss Culture Global, an international platform that promotes cultural diversity, women's empowerment, tourism, and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). She is also the Founder and CEO of Lush Africa Foundation, a non-profit organisation dedicated to empowering women and youth through education, entrepreneurship, and community development.With a background in legal studies, information technology, and marketing, Lorraine is passionate about using pageantry as a platform for cultural diplomacy, leadership, and creating opportunities for young women to make a positive impact in their communities and on the global stage.
amikani Mbewe is the International Franchise Facilitator for Miss Culture Malawi and a Contestant Scouter for Miss Culture Global. She holds a Master's degree and is based in Israel. A former 2nd Runner-Up of Miss Culture Malawi 2023, Yamikani also proudly represented Malawi at Miss Eloquent International 2023 in Nigeria.She joined the Miss Culture Malawi team in 2024 as Contestant Manager, where she played a key role in mentoring and coordinating contestants throughout the competition. In her current roles, she facilitates international franchise relations for Miss Culture Malawi while identifying and recruiting exceptional contestants from around the world for Miss Culture Global, contributing to the organisation's continued international growth and success.
Esnarth Muyenza is the National Director of Miss Culture Malawi, bringing with her a wealth of experience and a deep passion for cultural advocacy and women's empowerment. Her journey with the organisation began as a Miss Culture Malawi Ambassador, where she actively promoted the platform's mission and values.She later earned the title of Miss Popularity, a recognition of her outstanding public engagement, influence, and connection with audiences. Today, as National Director, Esnarth plays a key role in the growth and development of Miss Culture Malawi, overseeing national activities, mentoring contestants, and advancing the organisation's vision of celebrating Malawi's rich cultural heritage while empowering young women to become confident leaders and cultural ambassadors.
Lucy Mtambo serves as the Marketing Manager and Chaperone for Miss Culture Malawi, where she is responsible for driving the organisation's marketing and brand visibility while supporting the overall success of the pageant. She oversees marketing campaigns, social media engagement, sponsor visibility, and promotional activities that strengthen the Miss Culture Malawi brand.In her role as Chaperone, Lucy provides guidance, mentorship, and welfare support to contestants throughout bootcamp, rehearsals, and official events, ensuring they are well-prepared and cared for during their pageant journey. Her creativity, professionalism, and commitment to empowering young women make her an integral part of the Miss Culture Malawi team and its mission to celebrate Malawi's culture and develop inspiring cultural ambassador
